Who is Neil?

Hi. My name is Neil and I am originally from Tyrone in Northern Ireland. I grew up as an active child, playing every sport I could fit into my timetable, including rugby, GAA, football, waterpolo, athletics, and more besides. I moved here to go to university in 2005 and Manchester has been my home ever since. I came over to study Applied Health Sciences at MMU and fell in love with the city and the surrounding area.
Having successfully completed my university studies. I became involved with several sports teams in the area, including the MMU Waterpolo team, and St. Brendans GAC, one of the top gaelic teams
in the North West. I was given the opportunity to coach the St. Brendans senior team and I soon discovered a passion for training and educating others.
In the 4 years following my appointment as head coach for St. Brendans I began to branch out and help friends and family with their diet and training, until one day I decided to make a career out of something I love, and All-Fit was born.
Outside of personal training I climb regularly, and continue to play/coach for St. Brendans, as well as running regularly, and surfing whenever I can get to the coast. I also enjoy hiking in the nearby Peak District when I can.
