Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes it is helpful to have a friend with you to cheer each other on. My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can
get exactly what you are looking for.

Solo
The classic training programme. You are the client and I am your trainer. We work 1 on 1 in every session, ensuring you get 100% of my attention, to help you reach your goals that little bit faster!
Single session: £35
Five Sessions: £165 (Save £10)
Ten Sessions: £325 (Save £25)
Bigger discounts can be arranged for larger bookings!

2 to 1 training
Feel nervous about going to a personal trainer? Need some extra motivation? Want to save some money, but still get that 1st class service (to go with a new 1st class body)?
Then try our 2 to 1 programme. Partner up with a friend, work colleague, or family member and get expert training with a familiar face to give you that extra push!
Single Session:£25
Five Sessions: £120 (Save £5)
Ten Sessions: £235 (Save £15)
